Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the allthecodes.cc website, account features, beta downloads, desktop authorization flows, feedback channels, billing flows, and related allthecodes services.
By accessing or using allthecodes, you agree to these Terms. If you use allthecodes for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Service Overview
allthecodes is a local-first AI coding workspace ecosystem that includes website documentation, account and subscription features, feedback workflows, beta downloads, desktop authorization, and developer tooling surfaces.
Some functionality runs locally on your machine or through tools and providers that you configure. Hosted website and account features are provided separately from local workspaces and may have different availability, security, and data handling characteristics.
Accounts and Authentication
You are responsible for maintaining control of your account, email access, authentication sessions, API keys, local credentials, and devices. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when needed.
Desktop authorization may allow the desktop app to read account email and subscription entitlements. You are responsible for authorizing only devices and applications you trust.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features may be offered through Stripe Checkout and Stripe Billing Portal. Stripe may collect and process payment details under its own terms and privacy policy.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, taxes, trials, and billing portal changes are controlled by the checkout and billing flow presented at the time of purchase. We may change prices or plan features prospectively.
Beta Downloads and Third-Party Services
Beta downloads, previews, and experimental features may be incomplete, unstable, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. You should not rely on beta features for critical production workflows without independent safeguards.
allthecodes may interoperate with third-party services such as AI model providers, source control providers, MCP servers, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, GitHub, download hosting providers, and tools you configure. Your use of those services may be governed by separate third-party terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse allthecodes or use it to harm other users, services, systems, or rights holders.
- Do not violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, or breach confidentiality obligations.
- Do not upload, submit, or transmit secrets, personal data, regulated data, or confidential code unless you have the right to do so and have assessed the relevant risk.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, authentication, billing systems, authorization checks, or access restrictions.
- Do not use hosted services to distribute malware, credential theft tooling, spam, abusive automation, or content designed to compromise systems.
- Do not interfere with service availability, probe systems without authorization, or use allthecodes in a way that creates unreasonable load or risk.
User Content and Feedback
You retain ownership of code, text, feedback, prompts, files, and other content you submit or process through allthecodes, subject to any rights held by your organization or third parties.
You grant allthecodes the rights needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service, including processing feedback submissions, account records, and support requests. If you submit ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback, allthecodes may use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.
Ownership
allthecodes, including the website, branding, documentation, hosted account features, and product interfaces, is owned by the allthecodes project maintainers or their licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of allthecodes intellectual property.
Open source components, repository code, and third-party packages may be governed by their own license files. If an open source license gives you rights beyond these Terms, that license controls for the covered code.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how allthecodes handles information collected through website, account, billing, feedback, and desktop authorization flows. By using allthecodes, you acknowledge that information will be handled as described in that policy.
Security and Availability
We work to operate allthecodes responsibly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent retention of data, or compatibility with every environment, model provider, operating system, repository, extension, or integration.
You are responsible for maintaining backups, reviewing generated code, protecting credentials, checking tool output, and deciding whether AI-assisted changes are appropriate for your project.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using allthecodes at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to hosted features if you violate these Terms, create security or operational risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued access would expose allthecodes or others to legal or technical risk.
Disclaimers and Liability
allthecodes is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, allthecodes and its maintainers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, security incidents, business interruption, or third-party provider actions arising from your use of allthecodes.
Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date on this page. Continued use of allthecodes after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
